Located by the Fairfield Metro train station, this upscale apartment building held many design opportunities for Shelter Interiors. Furnishing this project from top to bottom and throughout two buildings was a large undertaking. The leasing office, common areas, both inside and out, and the model apartment were all designed to work with the branding and marketing for this multi-unit residential complex. Channeling the ideal tenants we worked hand in hand with the developer and his team to create a modern urban setting that would attract commuters to this new development.
